Ph.D., French and Francophone Studies
Fariba has been a PhD student at Penn since 2017. Prior to arriving at Penn, she received her BA in both Biology and French and her MA in French from the University of Kentucky. From Fall 2019 through Spring 2020, she was an exchange student at the University of Geneva. Her dissertation examines narratives of martyrdom in 16th century France and Geneva.
