Marie is passionate about research and teaching. In 2019, she was a Foreign Language Assistant at the College of the Holy Cross, MA. From 2020 to 2022, she was a MA student and a French instructor at Syracuse University, NY. Her research interests include nineteenth-century French and francophone literature and culture, post revolutionary French society, women writers and salons; feminist, gender and sexuality studies, spatial literary analysis, visual studies, and digital humanities.
